This morning while I was at bayside trying to make an urgent appointment with the optometrist (long story that involves babysitting for a “friend” and her brat snapping mine in half) fishness decided that he wants to bake… so we popped over to checkers and got some baking stuff. Even though baking is so bloody expensive I love baking with him and make sure that we get to bake at least once a month. Well he decided on blue cupcakes with blue icing…
Want to make them yourself? Simple…
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Food colouring if you like…
- Mix it all together and pop them in a preheated oven (180deg) for 15 minutes and voila : )
